I take commissions for portraits and other paintings. I am happy to work solely from photographs; a meeting and photo session can be helpful if practical.
Several photographs can be useful; these may be sent by post or email.
The finished portrait may be composed from multiple images, and we will discuss composition, pose, expression and background to create your perfect portrait.
Once this is agreed, I will confirm my price.
Prices will vary according to complexity of background and number of figures.
A 50% deposit is required before commencement. A preview will be supplied on completion, at which point minor adjustments can be made. The full balance will be due before shipment.
I also accept payment in all major currencies.

A cheerful and the same time a thought provoking landscape ! Birches are my favorite trees. They are the soul of the painting. And Ms. Marion succeeded a harmonious combination of the birches’ vivid white, the blue of the sky, the green of the ground and the yellow on the background. The painting offers a feeling of serenity, enforced by the quiet majesty of the slender trunks of the trees.
